At Stretch Massage, we know how frustrating it is when you are out of action, that’s why we endeavour to become a part of your training plan, not as a crutch, but as a part of your support team. 

While our massage and stretching treatments will help to alleviate pain, stress and recovery from injury, our exercise programme will help you gain muscle strength and avoid future problems. Your level of abilities, as well as your needs and goals will be evaluated and a regime established. Whether basic or more advanced, your exercises will be effective and engaging.

Effective exercise programmes to meet your sporting needs

At Stretch Massage, we feel it is our duty to coach you on how to stay injury-free while getting the most out of your activity. 

We will help inform you about:

  • Ongoing programme design and evaluations, to keep you motivated and help you return to full fitness.
  • Corrective exercise and movement training to improve technique and reduce the risk of injury during activity (e.g. muscle pulls, sprains, aching joints etc);.
  • Enhance performance and eliminate pain (including stretching and strengthening exercises).
  • Self-massage (including basic techniques for pain relief).

In the event that you do suffer an injury, it is important you treat the affected area immediatley. If in doubt seek medical attention, however if less sever, then follow these guiding principles:
